Will there be food or drink on the roof?
Yes! Each ticketed guest is provided a snack and a drink while on the roof. These can only be redeemed once throughout the weekend.
Are there any limits to when I can access the roof?
Unlimited access to the roof will be available both days from 9a–6:00p. If the roof is at capacity (50 guests), a queue line will form at the base of the staircase until capacity is available.
Is the roof accessible for strollers/wheelchairs, etc?
Access to the roof is available via a three-floor staircase, however an elevator is available upon request at check-in. All guests accessing the roof of the Market are required to ascend two steps and descend one step.
Can someone go on the roof without a ticket?
No, guests are required to have a rooftop pass to visit the roof during Spring at the Silos.
Is there a group rate or discount for larger groups?
We don’t offer group discounts during event weekends.
Can I get a refund if I can’t go anymore?
Yes! Full refunds are offered up to 24 hours before the start of the experience. Any cancellations made within 24 hours of the start time will not be eligible for a refund. All refunds and exchanges are processed in the Customer Support portal.
Can kids access the roof for free?
Kids 6 years and younger do not need a ticket and are welcome to access the roof accompanied by an adult with a pass.
